Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and handled through Stripe’s secure payment infrastructure.

Terms & Conditions

All payments made are strictly non-refundable. Once payment has been successfully processed, the client is deemed to have fully agreed to the selected subscription plan and all associated service details. Our production team will proceed with recording, mixing, and mastering according to the agreed specifications. Each track includes up to two (2) revisions, and additional revisions beyond the allocated limit may incur extra charges.

 

All final productions will be internally reviewed to ensure quality standards are met before delivery. Clients will receive the highest-quality audio files upon completion. Turnaround time, including priority processing (e.g., 72 hours), is subject to project complexity and overall workload.

 

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis. A minimum of seven (7) working days’ written notice is required for subscription cancellation. Cancellation requests made less than seven (7) working days before the next billing date may result in the upcoming charge being processed. No partial refunds will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations. Unused credits within the billing cycle cannot be carried forward and will automatically expire.

 

The standard studio recording rate is RM120 per hour, and active subscribers are entitled to a 25% discount on studio recording sessions.
